1. ORDERS. All Orders are subject to acceptance by ELECPAC.
2. QUOTES. ELECPAC quoted prices apply for 60 days or as otherwise stated in the quote. ELECPAC may increase prices if circumstances beyond ELECPAC control arise. Lead-times are based on available capacity at time of quote and are subject to change.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date, or as agreed upon in writing. Approved credit is required for an open account.
4. DELIVERY. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. ELECPAC reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of order. A delayed delivery of any part of an order does not entitle customer to cancel other deliveries.
5. RETURNS: All returns must have a RMA#, assigned by ELECPAC. If the product is found to be free of defects, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Additional charges may apply for testing and engineering resources.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Customer is not entitled to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for manufacturing expenses, rework, loss of customer, or damage to reputation.
7. FORCES BEYOND ELECPAC’S CONTROL. ELECPAC is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations for any accepted Order or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control (for example: acts of God, acts or omissions of the Customer, man-made or natural disasters, epidemic or medical crises, materials shortages, strikes, acts of terrorism, delays in transportation, or inability to obtain labor or materials through its regular sources).
8. EXPORT. Some products manufactured by ELECPAC are subject to export control laws, regulations and orders of the United States and/or the export or import control laws and regulations of other countries. Customer will not directly or indirectly export to any third party or country where such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Customer agrees to obtain any necessary export licenses.
9. CANCELLATION. Orders are unique to individual customers and may not be cancelled unless all procured materials, engineering fees, material restock fees, and other manufacturing fees are agreed upon and paid.
10. GENERAL. ELECPAC shall have no responsibility or liability for engineering advice provided free of charge.
11. STORAGE. Different storage conditions exist which may require packaging unique to that environment. ELECPAC is not liable for Product degradation, post receipt.
12. QUALITY. Please see ELECPAC’s Standard Inspection and Test Methods F-QA-042.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS (MIL-STD-202 & IPC/EIA-STD J 002A)
- Passivation
- Plating type: i.e. Gold, Tin, Nickel, Copper
- Solderability & steam aging requirements
- Leak Rate Testing up to 1.0 x 10-9 Helium @ 1 atmosphere
- “Hypot”-DWV
- Insulation Resistance
- Pressure Testing to 40,000 PSI (fixture requirements may apply). Additional PSI testing available at additional cost.
- Pull-force testing to 125lbs.
- Shock testing with liquid nitrogen (-58ºC to +134ºC)
FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS:
- One PIECE (or as required) first article inspection. Data recorded in a spreadsheet indicating requirements and results of inspection.
DOCUMENTATION SUPPLIED:
- ELECPAC Certificate of Compliance
- Inspection spread sheet (supplied upon request)
- Material Supplier’s Certificate of Analysis –Must be requested at contract acceptance.
- Internal ELECPAC documentation is not reported to customer.
